Who is it for

Tour operators, travel agents, hoteliers and all entrepreneurs in the religious tourism sector who wish to participate in the event, through presence in One-to-One meetings, for the promotion of their products and/or services. This includes all operators specialized in incoming, accommodation, catering, transport, tourist entertainment and other services of this and similar nature.

How To Participate?

Participation as a Supplier is subject to a registration and payment of the respective fee.

Each entity/company can register a maximum of 2 participants. The registration must be completed by January 5th, 2024, although this date may be brought forward if the event reaches its full capacity. Registrations will be confirmed by email, after validation by the Organization.

In order to ensure the quality of the event, especially during the Contact Exchange, registrations are limited. The Organization reserves the right to interrupt, close, or reopen registrations at any time.

Contact Exchange / One-to-One Meetings

  • Hosted Buyers will be seated at numbered tables, available to receive the Suppliers;
  • All Suppliers will have access to the list of pre-scheduled One-to-One meetings, including the name of each company, contact, and area of activity;
  • Each participant must keep to a maximum of 15 minutes at each table.

Jewish Heritage Workshop in Guarda

As in previous editions of the IWRT, part of the Workshop is on Jewish Heritage Tourism and will be organized by the Municipality of Guarda (Câmara Municipal da Guarda) starting on the evening of February 23 with the Welcome Dinner. The day of 24th begins with a morning Workshop with meetings followed by a Networking Lunch at the Teatro Municipal da Guarda. The program for the Jewish Heritage segment for Suppliers will end on the 24th after lunch.

If you work in this segment or intend to do so, you can participate in this event by selecting this option, available on the registration form.

Registration Information

Participation as a Supplier includes:

  • Participation in the Conference;
  • Participation and access to the program at the Conference and in the Contact Exchange;
  • Meals provided: Lunches at the Workshops and the Official Event Dinner;
  • Database with full profile of Hosted Buyers;
  • Calendar with prior scheduling of One-to-One meetings.

Registration includes access to the Workshop and Network Lunch at Teatro Municipal da Guarda.

Registration for Jewish Heritage Workshop in Guarda, does not provide for accommodation and this is the responsibility of each one of the Suppliers.

In case you have chosen to participate in the Welcome Dinner, at Lusitânia Hotel, it will be necessary to make a Bank transfer in the amount indicated in the Application Form (26€) to: IBAN: PT50 0035 0754 0000143913051 (CGD). Please ensure the transfer is completed by February 14th, 2024.

Kindly send the proof of payment via email to vendas.guarda@naturaimbhotels.pt, with a copy to info@iwrt.pt, including the Company Name and Participant Name.

Your registration for the Welcome Dinner will be considered valid only upon successful payment of the corresponding amount.
