Who is it intended for?

Foreign tour operators from established and/or emerging markets, with outgoing operations specialized in Religious Tourism.

How to participate?

Tourist operators validated by the IWRT Organization can participate as Buyers.

The registration must be completed by December 23rd 2025, although this date may be brought forward if the event reaches its full capacity. Registrations will be confirmed by email, after validation by the Organization.

In order to ensure the quality of the event, especially during the Contact Exchange, registrations are limited. The Organization reserves the right to interrupt, close, or reopen registrations at any time.

Contact Exchange / One-to-One Meetings

  • Participation in the IWRT as Buyers implies the obligation to attend the pre-scheduled One-to-One meetings on the afternoon of the 19th and during the 20th of February 2026;
  • All meetings on 19th and 20th of February will be held in person;
  • Each meeting will last 15 minutes. This time must be respected by all Buyers and Suppliers/Exhibitors. It is not permitted to extend the meeting time.

Workshop of Jewish Heritage in Guarda

As in previous editions of the IWRT, part of the Workshop is on Jewish Heritage Tourism and will be organized by Municipality of Guarda (Câmara Municipal da Guarda). With the Welcome Dinner, with a morning Workshop with meetings followed by a Networking Lunch.

Participation in Lisbon International Tourism Fair - BTL

We are pleased to announce that once again, there is an opportunity to join and take part in the Lisbon International Tourism Fair - BTL, which is held on February 25th and 26th in Lisbon.

Registration Information

Participation as a Buyer includes:

  • Admission to Conference and complete program;
  • Calendar with pre-scheduled appointments of One-to-One meetings;
  • Database and full profile of Suppliers and Exhibitors;
  • Local land transportation when applied, meals during the program, and accommodation in a 4-star hotel in Fatima;
  • Opportunity to participate in the post-tour/fam trip;
  • Kosher food not included in program;
  • Mandatory participation in the One-to-One meetings (Contact Exchange) on February 29th and 20th, 2026;

Completing the application form does not guarantee an automatic placement in the Buyers program. 
The Organization reserves the right to approve the Buyer.
