Who is it for

Institutional entities, sponsors, tour operators, travel agents, hoteliers, and entrepreneurs in the religious tourism sector wishing to enhance their presence at the event through a table to exhibit their products and/or services.

This includes all professionals in the segment, specialized in incoming, accommodation, catering, transportation, tourist entertainment, and other services of this nature and/or similar.

How to Participate?

Participation as an Exhibitor is done by registration and payment of the respective fee. Registrations will be considered confirmed only after validation by the Organization.

Registration as an exhibitor includes a commercial table and up to 3 participants from the same company, in accordance with the regulations.

Registration must be completed by January 5th, 2024, although this date may be brought forward if the event reaches its full capacity. 

In order to ensure the quality of the event, especially during the Contact Exchange, registrations are limited. The Organization reserves the right to interrupt, close, or reopen registrations at any time.

Contact Exchange / One-to-One Meetings

Exhibitor With One-to-One Meetings

  • Includes two participants: one with access to One-to-One meetings and another without access to One-to-One meetings, who will remain at the Expositor table;
  • Possibility of registering a third participant to take part in the One-to-One meetings, upon additional payment.

Registration Information

Participations as an Exhibitor With access to One-to-OneMeetings includes:

  • Participation in the Conference and access to the full program at the Conference;
  • Participation in the Contact Exchange for 2 or 3 participants (maximum 2 for meetings One-to-One);
  • Table (dimension 0,8m x 1,20m) and 3 chairs;
  • Possibility of placing a roll-up;
  • Possibility of distributing an advertising flyer in the participant folder;
  • Offer of meals: Workshop lunches and Official Event dinner;
  • Database with full profile of Hosted Buyers and Buyers;
  • Calendar with prior scheduling of One-to-One meetings.


Exhibitor with Meetings

1st Representative with meetings One-to-One plus 2nd Representative without access to meetings One-to-One, stays at the table - 600€ + VAT

3rd Representative with access to the meetings One-to-One - 250€ + VAT


1.To the presented prices, VAT at the current legal rate (23%) in Portugal will be added, except for those that are registered at VIES or non-EU countries.
2. After confirmation of registration by the organization, you will receive the details to proceed with the payment within 48 hours.
3. ACISO members with no overdue quotas benefit from a discount of 30€ on the total value before VAT.
