Who is it for

Institutional organisations, sponsors, entrepreneurs and professionals in the sector who wish to reinforce their presence at the event by setting up an exhibition table to promote/exhibit their products and/or services. 

Includes the presence of up two participants to supervise/care for the Exhibitor table, thus ensuring that the presentation of the product/service on display is guaranteed.

This category does not have access to One-to-One meetings.

 

Registration Information

Participation as an Exhibitor without access to meetings includes:

  • Participation in the Conference and access to the full Conference program;
  • Participation in the exhibitor space for 1 or 2 participants;
  • Table (dimension 0,8m x 1,20m) and 3 chairs;
  • Possibility of placing a roll-up;
  • Possibility of distributing an advertising flyer in the participant folder;
  • Meals provided: Workshop lunches and Official Event dinner;
  • Database with full profile of Buyers.
